Waco TSTA/NEA is the Waco affiliate of the Texas State Teachers Association and the National Education Association

The Waco TSTA/NEA welcomes all members from the Waco Independent School District.  Everyone should have the opportunity (and the desire) to be a member of the organization that is the recognized voice and leading advocate for their profession.

MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO ALL WISD EMPLOYEES AND WE MEAN ALL! While teachers make up the bulk of our members, we also have many ESP's in our group. ESP stands for Education Support Personnel - people who also make a difference in the education of our children by providing clerical, classroom aide, custodial, cafeteria, transportation, and maintenance duties in our district. Together with our teachers, who are among the best in the state and our outstanding ESP's, we hope to make a difference in the lives and work of the employees of the Waco Independent School District and its patrons.
